Historic Climate Change Vote
The American Clean Energy and Security Act (ACES) passed through the House last week, the first time in U.S. history that a comprehensive climate change bill has progressed this far. The fight for climate change legislation now moves to the Senate, which is expected to take up a bill later this summer.
