America's Wildest Urban River on Display
Visiting Washington, D.C. this summer or fall? Be sure to check out a new exhibit on the National Mall featuring the Conservancy's Potomac Gorge Project. Considered the wildest urban river in North America, the Potomac roars through the Potomac Gorge, an area that harbors more than 1,400 individual plant species. The exhibit will be on display at the U.S. Botanic Garden from July 22 through November 19.

Now it's your turn -- we'd like to hear what green tips you can offer us and your fellow Nature Conservancy supporters. Give us your enviro-tip, and it could appear in a future issue of Great Places!
