As part of an unprecedented global pact -- the Paris Agreement -- heads of state from 196 nations pledged to take steps to prevent catastrophic climate change and ensure a cleaner, safer planet for future generations.
Now we need at least 55 nations to step forward and ratify this agreement to begin putting their promises into action. We cannot afford to wait any longer to cut harmful carbon emissions and combat climate change.
